I ran across the court calling for the ball to pass it down to the shooters to get a goal. The ball went flying in the air straight in my arms. I look for one of the shooters that are free to get the ball. I spotted one in the semi-circle next to the goal, I let go of the ball to throw to the shooters, they caught it, now it has to go up and in.1st goal down. More to go.

I get ready to defend someone from the other team. The other team struggles to find someone to pass to. I heard the other team say just let go of the ball. In netball, you are only allowed to hold the ball for 5 seconds if you are yr 5 and 6 at school. 3sec if you yr7 and over. Once they let go of the ball I run and jump up for the ball. The ball slipped out of my hands, the other team grabbed it from the ground and pass it down to their shooters. The shooters threw it up in the air and it hit the side of the goal. The shooters tried to get the rebound but the defence from my team caught it passed it to the wing defence, The wing defence did a big pass to pass it to the wing attack to pass to the shooters.2nd goal down

Sometimes I get angry when someone doesn't know what to do when the umpire blows the whistle and tells them what to do with the hand signals.

My team and I are undefeated and we haven't lost one single game we did grading our first game is next week. I play for Mangere hawks.

 I was sitting in the living room. Suddenly, darkness enveloped the room. I was home alone. I didn't know what was happening. My family had gone to my cousin's house to drop off some Cupcakes my mum made. I heard a loud crash. I was so scared so I rang my family to see what happened. They said they couldn't come back home. The roads are closed and there has been a car crash. I looked outside and went for a walk around the block. There was a car that crashed into the power line pole. The cops were surrounding.

My Mum is my superhero because she is the best cook,

Helpful and Caring.

My mum is the best cook. She makes the yummiest

fettuccine in the world; it's the best fettuccine

I've ever had. She also makes the best pasta, pad thai

noodles , and Sandwiches. 

My Mum is a helpful person. She always takes

me and my brother to our training and she buys

and makes our food. She buys clothes for my family and I to wear and she pays the bills so my family and

I can have a roof over our heads.

My mum is a hard-working person she does night

shift so at day time she can take me and

my brother training. She works for Fisher Paykel

appliances and she does calls for people in America.

My mum is a caring person because every time

I finish my food and she starts to eat her food she

will offer me her food. She will also let me wear her

clothes when it is very cold even though it’s big on

me but at least it keeps me warm.

Letter to Carla

 Mr waller is reading us a book called A Boy In A Girls Bathroom and this boy named Bradley is writing a letter to Carla his counselor that left to work at a kindergarten. And we are trying to guess what Bradley wrote to Carla.

Dear Carla, 

It is a pleasure to write to you. I am so sorry for not coming to your office after school. I'm also sorry for not helping you move your stuff, being mad at you, and screaming at you. I wanted to go for a haircut then I changed my mind when we were nearly there. I asked my mum If she could drop me off but she said no because we were almost there. It smelled like chewed bubble gum. After my haircut I begged my mum to go to the school she took me to and I ran to the room and I got your letter. 

Thank you for talking to me whenever I needed help. Also meand Jeff are friends. He came to my house to pick me up to walk to colleen birthday. I Got changed 6 times. I made a hold in my pants like Jeff. 

I went to Colleen’s birthday party. When we got to Colleen's house we rang the doorbell and I heard the girls scream. Oooo presents what is it Colleen said  I  almost said what it was but  Jeff elbowed me so didn’t tell her then I started to sing happy birthday then  Jeff elbowed me again.  It was fun we played games. And my team won most of the games. I  made a new friend.  The dog's name is chicken. When Colleen read her letter  I put love Bradley in her letter and everyone laughed but then this girl Karen told them to stop and when we sang happy birthday I got the words mixed up and then I was the only one singing but we had a laugh. I came first place and we also got points when we played the games. We did a 3 legged race. I was with Jeff because Mrs. Fairygold said that boys can not be tied with girls. 

I really hope you write back to me. I really do miss you.

Are we there yet?

 “Why do we have to go? My friends are having a slumber party,” I said in an unhappy voice.

“Well we are going cause we haven't gone to see grandma in a long time, all of your cousins are gonna be there it will be so fun you even get to see your aunts and uncles you can have a slumber party with and with your little sister” mum said

“ That's different from my friends who are cooler,” I said.

“ Don't be like that to your sister” mum said.

“ How many more hours are left?” I  said  dramatically.

“ Why are you so dramatic?” my little sister said.

“Oh shush you are always dramatic when you don't have food” I said to my evil little sister, she always gets on my nerves “ you 2 stop fighting and there is 4 more hours left” mum said.It was so quiet no one was talking I was just looking at the trees minding my own business then my little sister screams “THERE'S A SPIDER!!!!!!” 

“Calm down I will take it out” Mum said as she grabs the spider and throws it outside. 

“Who’s the dramatic one now?” I said. 

“Shush you are just angry cause you couldn’t go to the slumber party with all your friends” my little sister said. 

“Yeah whatever go on to your side i don't want to sit next to you cause you always cry” i said.

“Stop fighting you know what once we get there you are gonna have no devices” mum said angrily.

“Man I wished we came with dad” my little sister said annoyed.

“Well your father is coming tomorrow and i want silence”.

“ Fine!” My little sister said. 

“Can you turn music on please” I said 

“ yeah ok” mum said. The music wasn't  that bad 

  

3 hours later

“Okay we are almost there I want you to behave just one hour left” mum said 

“ yeah I will if Jane stays away from me” I said quietly to my sister so mum doesn't hear me

“I will only stay away from you if you give me 10 dollars” my little sister whispered.

“Ughhh fine” I whispered.

“ Please you 2 don't fight at grandmas’’ mum said

“Yeah ok” I said, giving my little sister 10 dollars.

 

1 hour later

“We are here” mum said

“Ok I will get the door” I said as I got out of the car.

{knock knock}.“ Hi What are yous doing” grandma said

“We came for the family get together” I said

“ it is postponed until christmas and where's your mother” grandma said

“Coming hi i'm here” mum said

“ it got postponed I sent you a message” grandma said

“Oh let me check {mum looked at her phone} oh sorry” mum said

“I couldn't have gone to the slumber party” I said 

“Sorry” mum said

the monster story

I looked out of the window and I saw a red and weird thing that looked like this 👹 .  What is that red thing I said to myself? I 🏃 closed all of the 🚪. My face was  like 😮 I grabbed my 📱and called my 👪 and said there is a 👹 in the middle of the street, of course, they 🚫 believe me. I told them to don't 🚷. Then I sent an 🖼 of the 👹. They thought I edited it then I put my 👟 on and went to the back 🚪and climbed over the fence to go to the neighbours 🏡 and tell them. Suddenly I saw the 👹 🏃 towards me. I quickly knocked on the back 🚪. Then they opened it, I  ran in and they closed and locked the 🚪.
